Patients seeking to become part of the MMMP program, or those wanting to renew their Medical Marijuana license can do so at our 2503 S. Linden Rd, suite 220 location, by APPOINTMENT ONLY or online 24/7 at no additional cost.
Lady Jane Services provides the most affordable certification in the state.
Online certifications are the quickest and easiest way to become certified. The process takes up to 24 to 48 hours to receive your patient registry number from the state, but can come as soon as the same day. You will receive your physical copy in the mail within 10 business days or less.

How can I pay?
Lady Jane Services offers convenient online payment method with Credit/ Debit Card. We also accept cash in office per appt only.
What happens after I submit my application and payment?
The doctor will review your application, contact you virtually (Telehealth phone call) due to COVID-19 at the appointment time you picked, then he will Approve you as a patient. The State Fee will then be submitted through your existing or new LARA acct. Once the state fee is paid you will receive an email from the State of Michigan in a 24hr window from submission. Sometime right away! This email will provide you with your patient registry number which you can use to shop. Finally, you will receive your hard copy in the mail within 10 business days from certification.
Why haven’t I received my emails?
The emails from the State of Michigan come from accela.com. It’s very common that these emails are marked as spam by your email provider. Please check your spam folder.
Why do I have to retain possession of my plants to certify online?
The state requires all caregiver certifications to be filled out on paper and sent directly to LARA. You may choose to retain possession of your plants for the online certification, then fill out an “Add Caregiver” Form to send to the state as a faster option to getting your card sooner.
